Docker and IPv6 is cursed
Some combination of Docker, IPv6, and Coolify is cursed

I wanted to save $1/mo by not having a dedicated IPv4 address, but apparently some combination of Docker, IPv6, and Coolify is cursed. I will report back if I ever get this working.
